We love what we do.
Life is short, so we focus on having fun, creating variety, taking risks. Hey, to some people making a cold call is scarier than spiders or cliffs. Not to us. We love the challenge of striking up a quick rapport by being a great listener. If there isn’t immediate potential to help a customer, we call that out and we respect their time.
After 40 years of running multiple business and growing our clients’ businesses, we’ve learned to never “Sell”. Instead, we focus on learning fast, communicating clearly and concisely, constantly improving as a listener, and really fulfilling the needs of all three parties: our clients, their customers, ourselves.
How we deliver it.
It isn’t enough to know what a potential customer needs and wants. We go deeper. Our goal is to get to a place where we can actually feel the pain that the customer organization and its leaders experience. From there, we never lose focus on what it takes to alleviate that pain.
That leads us back to our client. What is our client offering or could be offering to cure this particular customer’s pain? We go back and forth, with relationship building dialog, demonstrations, field trips or whatever else it takes to bring the customer’s pain and our client’s cure together.
If we get a match, it’s time to design the details. How do we create a win for the customer, win for the client, and a win for ourselves? We work with everyone to set the plan, execute, evaluate all the way and exceed everyone’s expectations.
It’s a tall order, but if it were easy we wouldn’t find the fun and fulfillment of making the impossible possible.
